Endangered Species Unit
In this assignment students will conduct research to learn about an endangered animal, gather information from digital resources and use videos and articles to gather information. Students will be able to choose between 6 different animals. There is a page for each animal on the website and the page includes a video to watch and websites to go on. At the end of the research students will complete a google form to reflect on their learning. I used the DDD-E model to design this website. In the decide phase, students will have a choice on which animal they would like to research and research that animal using videos and websites for information. The google form that I designed will allow students to reflect on their learning. There are different activities developed for students to complete during their research. At the end of the unit, the teacher will be able to use the feedback on the google form to evaluate students learning.
